Whats the difference between Ginger Ale and Ginger Beer?
Generally, Ginger Beer is fermented and Dry Ginger Ale is not. However, at CAPI our Ginger Beer is not fermented as we use real Ginger Juice made from the fresh juice of the ginger. Our Dry Ginger Ale uses Ginger extract, which is made from the root or peel.
